I had to admit it, I hadn’t been in the frame of mind where I was thinking much about Jesus return. I assumed most everyone already knew Jesus return was imminent and I was just staying busy doing what he said “Occupy until I come”.
But let’s take a look at some of the signs of the times, shall we. I mean how can we forget the four blood moons?
There is yet another solar eclipse that cut across America on August 21st 2017:
And have you heard about the sign in the constellation Virgo that mirrors a prophecy in Revelation 12:1-2:
“Then I witnessed in heaven an event of great significance. I saw a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon beneath her feet, and a crown of twelve stars on her head. 2 She was pregnant, and she cried out because of her labor pains and the agony of giving birth.”
Here is a 5 minute video explaining more about this sign:
So what does it all mean?
I would recommend asking Jesus about it and diving into his Word. He enjoys revealing his whole heart and plans to his friends who want to get to know him. I hope you enjoy having those conversations with him and getting to know how good he is.
Someone reminded me what trouble to America the super volcano in Yellowstone could cause:
I actually had a dream several years ago about a very dark time when a U.S, city was in blackout and practically abandoned and it was dangerous to shine a light (it would attract the enemy). The ground was covered about as thick as a foot deep or so in places.
Yellowstone super volcano would cause this sort of conditions. I remember watching ash fall from the sky when Mt. St. Helens blew when I was a child and that will be nothing compared to the Yellowstone super volcano (which is said to be ten times that of Mt. St. Helens)!

Why even bring this up? Am I trying to cause panic? Not really but just to remind you that God is going to shake everything. And you life and future are uncertain. We were made by Someone and for Someone. It is hell to be relationally cut off from that Someone.
So are we looking forward to Christ’s return?
Are we excited or afraid?
I would recommend drawing near to God and continuing on with your mission everyday that we are still here. There are people to love and people who need to hear the good news of Jesus. It’s great to be serving with you as we enjoy sweet intimate friendship with our Great God and Savior Jesus Christ and serve his kingdom of love!
“For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us that, having denied ungodliness and worldly passions, we should live discreetly and righteously and piously in the present age, awaiting the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all lawlessness and might purify to Himself a people specially chosen, zealous of good works.” (Titus 2:11-14)
your brother in Christ,
Daniel
