I continue to have a great deal of contact with the host of heaven. Holy Spirit revealed new layers as to why I absolutely adore the term “host of heaven”. The terms “saints and angels” and the “cloud of witnesses” just doesn’t cut it. They just don’t allow for some important nuances and vast variety of beautiful souls that “host of heaven” includes.
All of us are surrounded by the host of heaven and ALL of us can become the host of heaven! How? By hosting heaven!

We become the host of heaven when we host the Presence of God. When we open the door to Jesus and he (and the Trinity) comes in to make his home within each one.
“Loving me empowers you to obey my word. And my Father will love you so deeply that we will come to you and make you our dwelling place.”

Jesus never imposes himself on anyone and we ALL continue to have free will. Anyone at any time can refuse fellowship with God. This is why Jesus continues to put forth the invitation as he continues to find himself on the outside of fellowship with the believer:
“Behold, I’m standing at the door, knocking. If your heart is open to hear my voice and you open the door within, I will come in to you and feast with you, and you will feast with me.”
Jesus, Revelation 3:20 TPT
We will “share a meal together as friends” as one translation puts it. I love this beautiful picture of friendship.
I encourage you to tune into Jesus right now, open the door, and be a host of heaven!

Astonishing Power
It’s astonishing the power that some Christian Ministers are granted,
In the carrying out of their Ministries…
Many of them like Entertainers in the World;
Peak and die out in either ignominy or obscurity…
Our Consciences spare us defilement,
Until the reality of our ignorance catches up with us…
Or even with some who were genuinely filled and empowered of the Lord;
Something happens along the way that skews their beliefs…
If a person’s Testimony is simple,
And then, they are presented with a more complex set of challenges…
Their former understanding proves insufficient;
And they flounder upon the rock of a changing scene…
For there are certain key tenets of our faith,
Which can get subject to the utmost scrutiny…
And we most have a thorough revelation and understanding;
If they are to stand the test of time against adversity…
We cannot be an expert enough,
When it comes to these certain things…
Especially concerning matters of priority;
How that we ought always teach and believe to first seek Him and He’s…
Not drowning in popular opinion,
Being equally ready to serve as to retreat…
For if we continue on, having now been forbidden;
Then is that as great Folly as if we never heeded the call…
Obedience therefore is Paramount,
As is the Confessing of our Sins…
Including fears which love casteth out;
Even if that were the fear that we were the last and only man alive, that correctly believed…
